Rolando Butalid was the bearer of the will and testament. He continued processed since we received the message of the attached affidavit of claims last 2015 but Rolando Butalid was die on Oct 2016 the process was pending. Is there someone of their children whom continued the process of the Affidavit of Claims?. Is this process already done or under processing. Some told me it is done but i don`t believe.
Thank you for reading this message.
