This level does not force every LGUs in creating One stop shops however, we are tasked to supervise whether LGUs are following the standards in the procedure of their processes (i.e. processing of Business Permits/License). The LGUs are reminded of the standards set forth according to the Office of the President's, with the help of the National Economic and Development Authority, National Development plan 2017-2022. Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as this office does not have the Design Guidelines and Organizational Chart of the Satellite Government office design Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon.
