Hi to DSWD I would like to seek burial assistance for my father (Rafael Callanta) who passed away last Dec 17 due to Cerebrovascular accident (mild stroke) , pneumonia and was also found to be Covid positive. We still have unsettled payments that we need to pay for the hospital, cemetery, RT-PCR test (c/o my cousin) and the funeral services. We are currently on tight budget and seeking donations from friends and relatives to fill this balances. We can send some attached documents for proof as well. I am willing to submit all necessary documents as well. Let me know where to reach . thank you!
