Hi,

I am requesting financial assistance for the unfortunate and unexpected passing of my Mother. She suffered from Cerebrovascular Accident probably bleeding, CAP-Moderate Risk, Covid Suspect, and Hypertension.
Please coordinate with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for financial assistance.
