Hi my reasons to go to Manila Philippines is for only important buisness of my attorney and legal documents of signing and of the NBI, also the legal documents for my ssrv visa with the Bureau of Immigration-Philippines

It’s a matter of the laws and rules of the Philippines that I must be in person to sign, documents in the attorney office of the affidavit and the documents of the NBI, also I have to be in person to fill out and sign documents of my ssrv residency documents and fees have already been paid and the legal attorney wasn’t free.

I’m not indigent I have home in the U.S and I have home in the Philippines than I pay every month and I have sufficient stability

Thank you for your request dated May 23, 2021 11:10:36 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Please be informed that the mandate of the Public Attorney' Office (PAO) is "to represent, free of charge, indigents, and other persons qualified for legal assistance in all civil, criminal, labor, administrative and other quasi-judicial cases where, after due evaluation, it is determined that the interest of justice will be served thereby."
At this instance, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide you with free legal assistance.
This is in accordance with Article 7, Chapter II, of the 2016 PAO Operations Manual, which provides:
"ARTICLE 7. Persons Not Qualified for Legal Assistance. - PAO lawyers are prohibited from assisting the following parties:
