Hi I would like to have a copy of detailed notice to Proceed of BuCor project dated December 02, 2022 which is listed in the BuCor website before but now it is deleted. Perhaps a commission on Audit shall come in and investigate this matter which is the NOTICE TO PROCEED on the purchase of Bureau of Corrections Vehicles amounting to 71.7 Million Pesos is now nowhere to be found on the website of Bucor.
