I refer to my letter of 03 January 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for the Bulacan Concession Agreement.
Our response to your request is due on 10 January 2020. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because FOI Portal is currently experiencing temporary technical difficulties in the electronic portal due to updating of other functions of the portal.

I refer to my letter of January 14, 2020 09:43 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Bulacan Concession Agreement.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

Thank you for your email, in compliance with the memorandum released last 24 August 2018, I detail out my request below.
Description of the requested information: Copy of the signed Bulacan Concession Agreement
Reason for/purpose of request for information: I run a waste-management services company and would like to review the Concession Agreement to see if there is an opportunity to offer waste management services to the Concessionaire under the proposed Concession Agreement
I hope this properly details the request and look forward to the processing of my request.
