Please kindly let me know who is the best Subic Bay contact person to collect the below per address non-personal information (resident name and/or details will NOT be requested).
1. Building address (address, province, city, barangay, zip code)
2. Building classification (residential or commercial or something else)
3. Building Year Built
4. Building Construction Material (e.,g., wood, masonry or steel)

I refer to my letter of Jun 16, 2023 12:05:09 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Building Year Built and Construction Type Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please see below response per item, regarding your concerns for your guidance:
Item 1- You may coordinate with Land Asset Development Department for the exact address of the Building you are referring to.
Item 2- Building Classification- you may coordinate with Planning and Development Office in terms of comprehensive land use plan and zoning requirements within Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
Items 3 & 4 - Building Year Built and Building Construction Materials - BPSD could help you based on the date of issuance of Occupancy Permit as reference.
For the meantime, you may call Engr. Eugene A. Mancenero at 252-4553 for the guidance and clarification of the exact details of your concerns. This clarification was also sent to your email last June 22, 2023. I refer to my letter of Jun 30, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Building Year Built and Construction Type Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Sep 22, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
