Good Day! I would like to ask for the following information to be used for my architectural thesis proposal, "General Institutional Redevelopment" which will be situated near the Sta Cruz Manila. And according to the zoning ordinance no. 8119 BHLs are considered by ATO, NBCP, and many more 1. Building height limits (BHL) for structures in Sta. Cruz Manila 2.
