I am a freelance technical consultant for private and government entities. My specialisation includes contract formation for engineering projects as well as development of project implementation guidelines.
Relatedly, the contracts documents that I am requesting from your office will be use in my study on what type of agreement or infrastructure contract is appropriate or viable for various types of PPP projects in the Philippines. This will involve studying every provisions of the requested contract document.
I am willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for this request.
