Greetings! I would like to request for copies of the following documents mentioned in the SC case entitled Tatad vs. Garcia, G.R. No. 114222, 6 April 1995: 1) Agreement to Build, Lease and Transfer a Light Rail Transit System for EDSA signed in Nov 1991 between DOTC & EDSA LRT Corp LTD 2) Revised and Restated Agreement to Build, Lease and Transfer a Light Rail Transit System for EDSA 3) Supplemental Agreement to the 22 April 1992 Revised and Restated Agreement to BLT a Light Rail Transit System for EDSA 4) The further revised BLT agreement signed in 1997.
