Good morning. I am Ralph Edwin Villanueva, a reporter for the Philippine Star and a graduate school student of the University of Santo Tomas.
I am writing an article about the plight of the locally stranded individuals, or LSIs, and the assistance the government is giving them.
In view of this, I would like to request a document detailing the budget of the DSWD on the Hatid Tulong program for LSIs. This document would complete my article.
Hoping for your kind consideration.
Thank you.
