Hi! I would like to request information regarding the following:
1.) is there a budget allocated for each teacher?
2.) Do they use it at their own disposal or is there a process like a bidding?
3.) if there is a process, what is the full process of how teachers should spend their budget
4.) if there is a bidding, where can private business owners inquire to join the bidding in CARAGA REGION? Is there a qualification to be able to participate in the bidding?

Good day po!
To give you a background, I manage a school and office supplies store here. I wanted to know the process of spending the budget of schools such as the MOOE. I wanted to participate in biddings if there are any because I hardly receive canvas forms from elementary schools. Mostly kasi nagapafill up sa amin is high school lang. But if wala namang bidding sa elementary schools, okay lang din. just really wanted to know po. thank you
