Hi,
I would like to know if certain Departments like DSWD who distributes funds to support the citizens to all municipalities of the country has a means to track their budget? Are there any Central Financial Softwares that the government uses to monitor the cashflow from source(Budget Department) going all the way down to it's citizens or does the government do the conventional method of reporting like receipts or papers only?
If so, may I see a sample copy as reference.
