Dear Aiza Lu,
I refer to my letter of Sep 20, 2019 09:16:50 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Budget data for all DOTr projects from 2017 to 2019.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

I'm Aiza Lu from University of Santo Tomas,
my reason for asking this data is for my major subject which is a requirment in order to pass her subject for this preliminary exam.
It's data gathering, till when I will be using it is only until oct 4, since that is the deadline for the project.
