I would like to inquire on:

1) The budget contribution of Department of Tourism (National Government) to Ati-atihan Festival in Aklan from the 1960s to present.  

2) The budget contribution of National Government (Department of Tourism) to festivals in the Philippines from the 1960s to present.

As an Aklanon, I am interested to know how our national government has contributed to the promotion of Ati-atihan Festival and the other similar festivals in the country especially with the international recognitiions it is getting which makes us proud a a Filipino.
