Good day, Ma'am/Sir! I would like to ask for the budget of the Government allocated for Prisons here in the Philippines. I would like to ask for the following: 1. Food Allowance per prisoners 2. Utilization of New Jails 3. Medical allowance per prisoners. Thank you and best regards.
