I would like to request for the annual budget allocation for the promotion of alternative livelihood programs and projects to tobacco farmers pursuant to Section 33 of the Republic Act No. 9211 or the Tobacco Regulation Act (e.g., Tobacco Grower's Assistance Program, Tobacco Growers Cooperative Program), from 2004 to 2018.
