Good Day Maam/Sir! I am respectfully requesting a copy of Bureau of Corrections Manual; Therapeutic Community Manual; Reception and Diagnostic Manual and Escort Procedures and Transporting High Risk Prisoners for purposes of developing Academic materials in accordance with R.A. 11131 or "The Philippine Criminology Profession Act of 2018" currently the documents provided in the website is not accessible to version of adobe reader because the developers has stopped supporting Flash Player since December 31, 2020. Hoping for your favorable consideration, thank you and more power!
