Good Day, 

I would like to request a copy of the Subdivision Plan BSD-03-000968 (OLT) LOT.175. The location is in Dampe Floridablanca, Pampanga.

The purpose of the request is for validation and future plan of re-survey of cadastral and claims made against TCT No-1311.
