I wanted to clarify that the embassy of the Philippines(New Delhi) has a clarification of CHED stating that students have to do a 4-year bachelor's course before getting admission in the MD Program and crediting of senior high school is not possible since the implementation of K-12 program. can you clarify if the BS course offered by the colleges for 1.5 yr or 2 yr is legal or not as the clarification mentioned crediting is not possible. this clarification also says BS Done in India is not recognized by CHED but a college operating says it is legal as they have all the permission from CHED
