April 6, 2021 Dear Mr. Francisco, Thank you for your request dated 16 March 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your FOI request is: “Good PM. Please advise how to register my R.E. Brokers License TY” Please be advised that Registration with the AMLC is free and can be done online. As a licensed real estate broker, you would need to prepare and upload during online registration: 1. Scanned copy of PRC certificate of Registration/License as a real estate broker; 2. Your Key ID generated and exported thru Kleopatra software (please see the TSP for the procedure in generating Key ID). You can also make use of the following links: 1. To download the Kleopatra software http://www.amlc.gov.ph/2015-12-09-07-34-10/reporting-tools 2. Online Registration https://portal.amlc.gov.ph/amlc/web/register.htm The step-by-step registration procedure is laid down in the AMLC Registration and Reporting Guidelines (ARRG), particularly, the Online Registration System (ORS) and the Transaction Security Protocol (TSP), copies of these manuals are attached. Once registered, a Certificate of Registration (COR) or Provisional Certificate of Registration (PCOR), would be issued depending on the completeness of compliance with the documentary requirements.
