Complete structural plans and specifications of Sto. Tomas Bridge in Manabo, Abra 2. Data or guidelines about the assessment of Manabo Bridge in Abra including the methods of bridge assessment 3. Data about the conditions of Sto. Tomas Bridges such as damages if there are any Hoping for your positive response and rest assured that all of the information will be used only for academic purposes.

Thank you for your request dated Aug 01, 2023 06:02:17 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Bridge Assessment. Response to your request As per our coordination with DPWH Cordillera Administrative Region-Planning and Design Division, While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. "With regards to Item no. 1 of the attached photo of request, please be informed that the approved copy of the structural plans for the said bridge is no longer traceable since it was prepared around 2009-2010 which is more than ten years ago. With regards to Items no. 2 and 3, please be informed that the assessment of the bridge shall be requested to the concerned LGU since the bridge is constructed along a provincial road which is not our jurisdiction. We conduct annual assessment only for bridges which are constructed along national roads within our jurisdiction in accordance with our Bridge Management System (BMS)."
