Hello, I would like to request the following data in spreadsheet format: 1. Breakdown of allocation of cash assistance under Direct Cash Subsidy Program from November 2020 until October 2021 2. Number of PUV drivers who received the cash assistance under the said program in Metro Manila. Thank you!

Good day! I want to follow up on this request. As said in your acknowledgment, I should have received a reply last Nov. 9. Also stated in Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, I should also receive a reply regarding the acceptance or denial of my request within 15 days of my request.
