May I kindly request for information on the total amount spent by the BPO sector for incentive pay for the fiscal periods 2017, 2018, 2019, if the 2020 is already available, I would also love to get a copy. 

The purpose of this request is to support an academic research that I am working on for the BPO sector. Salamat po!
