Please send me the updated Labo code for BPO Employees working at night. if there are special law about BPO workers and our security. rights of bpo employees especially about dismissal and what are grounds for dismissal.

Your request You asked for BPO Employees Right. BPO employees' rights can be found in the Labor Code of the Philippines which covers all types of workers in the private sector. As of date, there is no special law governing BPO workers only. Labor standards and labor laws applicable to workers in other industries are also applicable to workers in the BPO industry.
