Hi, I just want to seek assistance regarding with reporting my previous employer since they are prolonging my final pay and not answering my inquiries. I cannot visit them onsite too, since they are working remotely. How can I solve this?

March 3, 2023 Dear Ann Gabrielle Evite, Thank you for your request dated Mar 02, 2023 04:31:54 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for BPO company is prolonging my final pay. Attached herewith is a copy of DOLE Labor Advisory No. 6 s. 2020 GUIDELINES ON THE PAYMENT OF FINAL PAY & ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT which states that "The final payment shall be released within 30 days from the date of separation or termination of employment. Anent your concern, may we advise that you raise the matter to your company's grievance committee (if there is any), if it still remains unresolved, you may seek the DOLE's Single Entry Approach. (SEnA). The single Entry Approach is an administrative approach to provide a speedy, impartial, inexpensive, and accessible settlement procedure for all issues/complaints arising from employer-employee relations to prevent them from ripening into full-blown disputes. You may approach the DOLE Regional Office or Field Office having jurisdiction over your company.
