On Dec.23,2020, 11:57 am, I received a text message that my card was used for a purchase; I clicked on the link provided and it opened to “what appeared to me” as legitimate BPI website; I immediately called BPI Hotline to report what happened, Through these events which happened within less than 30 minutes, I lost the total amount of ALMOST 90,000 PESOS, I believe a reversal of the said amount is proper. I humbly request your good office to exert a more diligent & thorough investigation on this matter & that the case would be resolved at the soonest possible time.
