Hi need your help to file A case to Nestor Trivor Castro that issued a Bounce PDC. August 11,2021 he issued a PDC as a dividend and capital return for 6 month september 2021 to February 2022. SEPT 11,2021 the first check is successfully incash to eastwest bank October 11, 2021- check was bounce because the account of Mr castro is already closed. I go to his office immedite but the office is closed October 18, 2021 - i go again to the office but w/ a demand letter but still the office is closed Hope you can help me to file a case Thanks
