Thank you for your request dated September 18, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for copies of the following BOT agreements: 1. Koronadal City Information Technology Project; 2. Malabon Digital Infrastructure Project; 3. Pampanga Geographic Information System Center; 4. Civil Registry System Information Technology Project (PH2); 5. Database Infrastructure and Information Technology Center; and 6. Road Transportation Information Technology Infrastructure Project (PH2). Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we are unable to provide you with your requested documents. Firstly, kindly note that the Road Transportation Information Technology Infrastructure Project (PH2) is not yet awarded (i.e. currently under the procurement/bidding stage), so there is no signed contract yet. Secondly, we are prohibited under DOJ Opinion No. 26 (s. 2017) from publishing or otherwise distributing PPP contracts and/or portions thereof, as these are owned by the implementing agencies. We therefore refer you to the respective implementing agencies/LGUs undertaking these projects as they are in the best position to provide you with the information you are requesting: 1.
