Good day Gentlemen/Ladies.
May I ask the indulgence of the Board of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering to clarify in particularity Section 3, Paragraph (a) of Board of Agricultural Engineering Resolution No. 03, s. 2003 as to what specific plans, designs, specifications, and cost estimates are being referred thereto to be signed and sealed by a Registered Agricultural Engineer. Does the subject provision of said Resolution include, among others, civil/structural and electrical designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates?

Good day!
It should be Board of Agricultural Engineering Resolution No. 7, s. 2003.
I belong to the electrical engineering profession and affiliated with the Provincial Government of Laguna. The purpose of the request is for the document to serve as guidance and reference for the practice of engineering professions particularly in the Laguna Provincial Engineering Office wherein various engineering fields are practiced. It will help the office determine the delineation of our respective fields and scope of practice.

I refer to my letter of Sep 07, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Board of Agricultural Engineering Resolution No. 03, s. 2003. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Nov 30, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
