Hi! I would like to know the status of my email request to NTC. I emailed last March 17, 2021. I requested for the blocking of IMEI of a stolen phone. I have provided the required documents such as Affidavit of Ownership and Loss with Undertaking, proof of ownership of phone and IDs. However, I still did not yet received an update or even an acknowledgment from NTC. May I follow-up on its status? It is stated in Republic Act 6713 that government employees shall provide action reply to emails/letters they received. Thank you.
