after i have been scammed for a year i am being blackmailed , extorted , harassed , bullied and stalked by a person that i dont know from the philippines, they even making a false story or conversation and trying to send it to my relatives , and i wanted to report this crime , because they do not stop blackmailing me and harassing me and extorting me and stalking me , they already get a lot of money out of me almost $10,000 , and they keep demanding more , and they keep harassing everyone , this needs to stop , so how can i find a form to fill in to report these officially ?
