Hi. I would like request the location of this mobile number 09384596000. I cannot enter the website of NTC due to internet problem.
Please help me. I already lost Php 10,000 because someone blackmailed me. Please help me to reach or to reach this message to the NTC department. That number was not stolen or missing. I just want to locate the said mobile number. Please send help.

Please be informed that the NTC has no no capability to locate/track the stolen/lost cellphone and the sim card numbers. In reference to the above request ,may we refer you to visit/contact our Consumer Welfare and Protection Division (CWPD) for the Complaint on Text Message (Text Spam, Text Scam, Illegal/Obscene Text Message, THREATS and other related Items.) Our office is available from Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM. Or you may send your formal written complaint to the CWPD thru: [email protected] or call at 8-9213251 & 8-9267722.
