I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A BAN OR BLACKLISTED FOR TRAVEL HERE IN PHILIPPINES OF A BUSINESSMAN/TOURIST NAMED ADAM PHILIPS, WHO PRESENTLY RESIDES AT ORLANDO, FLORIDA.
HIS LAST DEPARTURE HERE IN PHILIPPINES WAS JULY 16, 2021, WHEREIN BEFORE HE TRAVEL, HE PROMISE TO PAY AND SEND THE MONEY TO PAY HIS DEBTS HERE IN PHILIPPINES ONCE HE ARRIVED IN HIS COUNTRY. BUT NOW, HE IS JUST IGNORING US.
HOPE THIS COMPLAIN WILL BE GIVEN AN ACTION.

Good day.
Thank you for the response.
What we agreed as what he promised before leaving the country, is that he will send immediately the money once he arrived in his country, Florida. But he said that his properties are still freeze because they need to attend hearings first of his ex wife to settle and unfreeze their joint accounts.
On our part here in Philippines, that is not the agreement because he clearly said even to his workers in his farm in Subic( because he didn't pay for their wages since April, the day he arrived here in Philippines) that he will send the money immediately.
We helped him in order to come back to his country, he ask for help to provide him the money, that's why he travelled going back to his country.
And now he's telling his people in Subic to ignore my messages and calls and block me.
The money I've sent was through smartpadala and the receiver is his caretaker. He owns a farm in Subic and has a caretakers.

This refers to the complaint with Ticket Number BI-428345053919 forwarded to the Intelligence Division on 25 September 2021.
We acknowledge receipt of your email request.
Please note the information you requested is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 which aims: to “ protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Thus, the Bureau could not disclose the subject information to private individual without the Special Power of Attorney of the owner of the Data or without court order.
In addition, we cannot fully and instantly respond to the above-referenced complaint without the essential information such as:
(1) Full name of foreign national/s
(2) specific office address/es.
Further, it is also vital if the complainant could provide some documentary evidences such as but not limited to:
(1) photos
(2) documents
(3) and proofs that could strongly substantiate his/her allegations.
We also advise that a formal letter complaint addressed to Commissioner should be filed for proper dispostion of this issue.
