Hi Good Morning, I would to request information in behalf of my stepdad. He was black listed 5 years ago due to overstaying. I would like to know if it is already lifted. We would like to know so we can take care of him for a short time he is now ill and alone in Australia. His name is Eelko Hans Feenstra birth date April 28, 1945. Hoping for your favorable response.
