Greetings!
I would like to request from your good office any resolution from the LGU of Biri requesting for the formal and official recognition of the historical site situated at the Biri Central Elementsry School. The garrison site turned lagoon during American-Japanese War.

I would like also to know what’s the process or procedure, and what are the requirements to be attached in the application.
Is it only the LGU who can apply or is it allowed that the group of concerned people of Biri can File an application for the formal and official recognition of the said site as one of the historical site?

I refer to my letter of Sep 05, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIRI HISTORICAL SITE. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Nov 28, 2018.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
