Your request You would like to apply for a BIR TIN ID Online. Response to your request As of the moment, if you already have a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), you may get your TIN Card at the Revenue District Office (RDO) that issued your TIN (where you are registered). Just bring at least two (2) valid IDs as proof of your identity. Physical appearance of taxpayer is required. Authorized Representative is not allowed, except for special cases approved by the RDO (ei., Senior Citizens or Person With Disabilities). As an added note, TIN Cards that are being offered online are fake TIN Cards and are not legitimate/valid.
