from the Bureau of Internal Revenue per year on a per RDO level for the years 2012-2022. This data is to be used for my thesis.

I just have some questions: I noticed that there are cases wherein the total returns filed online is greater than the total returns? How should I interpret this case? Or just assume a 100% rate for electronically filed over total?
