If you are asking for ITR, kindly provide us with the following details for CY 2021 and email them at [email protected]. with ticket number #BIR-879257689419 as this contains sensitive information: -Where did you file your ITR, and what RDO are you registered with? -Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR was filed online) Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those tax returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRForms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Hence, based on the eBIRForms Online platform, your ITR for taxable year 2021 cannot viewed by this Office. Similarly, the foregoing information was already discussed to you over the phone by Atty.
