September 15, 2022 Madam: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 15, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for BIR Forms No. 2316 and 1905. Response to your request In reply, it was verified from the BIR-Internal Revenue Integrated System (IRIS) System that you are registered under RDO 39- South Quezon City as Single Proprietor. Hence, you are classified as Individual Entrepreneurship or Proprietor. Wherein you are required to file your Income Tax Return (ITR) either BIR Form 1701 or BIR Form 1701A at the district office. For further queries regarding your registration, you can call the Client Support Section (02) 8372-7586 and (02) 8922-2982 for assistance. As to the copy of your filed BIR Form 1905 last 2019, we do not have the document in file because it was submitted in triplicate copies at the Revenue District Office (RDO). It would have been better if you kept a copy of the document. At any rate, the form is downloadable at the BIR Website (www.bir.gov.ph) and submit it at the RDO If there is a need to update your current registration. Thank you. Respectfully yours, FOI Officer Public Information and Education Division
