Copy of your ITR for the year 2018. We regret to inform you that your request cannot be processed because the submitted CD of scanned copies of Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316) by your employer for the year 2018 cannot be validated because it is unreadable. Copy of your ITR for the year 2019. This Office does not have the information you have requested (ITR) since your employer failed to include your BIR Form 2316 in the CD submitted for the year 2019. Copy of your ITR for the year 2021. We regret to inform you that your request cannot be processed because the submitted CD of scanned copies of Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316) by your employer for the year 2020 cannot be validated because it is unreadable. After careful consideration, however, since your TIN and name is included in the Alphalist of Employees by your employer for the year 2015-2021, we resolve to grant your request but only up to the compensation and withholding tax information found therein.
