I am Kristine Joy D. Almenanza from Biñan, Laguna with a TIN ID # 332-101-450-000. I am sending this email to ask BIR if I may transfer my RDO code from 40 (Quezon, City) to 57 (Binan, Laguna) since my new employer that I will be working with is currently based in Biñan, Laguna and my residing address is now in Biñan, Laguna.
