Hi, I would like to request for help in reaching out to my previous employer who was not able to give me a copy of my 2316 for 2022. I left the company November 13,2022 and got my separation pay January 2023. I have made several follow up and attempts to discuss thru calling but to no avail. As per BIR SECTION 2.83.1. Employees Withholding Statements (BIR Form 2316), I should have received this on the last day compensation was made. Though it is a case of tax, I would like to believe this is also my right as an employer to request for such document and therefore asking help
