To Whom It May Concern, I would like to request a copy of my BIR 2316 from my previous employment at DM Consunji, Inc. for the period of February 2018 - July 2018. My contract ended last July 2018 and I have not received my BIR 2316. I need this document as proof of employment. Thank you for accommodating my request.
