Good day! I would like to request a consolidated bir 2316 (itr) form because I am applying for a bank loan. The main reason I am requesting for a 2316 that would show my income from jan 1 to dec 2018 is because I had 2 employers on that year, thus I have 2 separate 2316 forms. It would not be very presentable to show the bank 2 separate itr forms for my loan application. I am looking to see if this request is somewhat possible. All the best, Lawrence Lim

December 4, 2019 Dear Lawrence Nestor Lim, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 29, 2019 03:30:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for BIR 2316. Response to Request In response to your request, for a consolidated BIR Form Nos. 2316 (annualized) for CY 2018 for bank loan purposes, may we first ask if your current employer has already annualized your income for this year? If so, may we advise you to proceed to RDO 43-Pasig City - Officer of the Day [located at the 2nd and 3rd Floor Rudgen Building, Shaw Blvd. Brgy. San Antonio, Pasig City beside the office of SSS and in front of Pag-Ibig Fund] to file BIR Form No. 1700. They will be assisting you in accomplishing the said Income Tax Return (ITR). Kindly bring the two (2) 2316 attachments. Once filed, the RDO Revenue Officer will give you the computation of the said tax due. Since your two(2) 2316 are creditable, this may be subject to the corresponding penalty due to the late filing. For your information and guidance. Thank you.
