Hi there, I would like to request for my BIR 2316 from my previous employer, I need it to file BIR 1700 which is being ask by my current company. Thank you and regards.

I no longer have contact with my previous employer and having issue visiting the site/company due to health protocols. I'm still not vaccinated as of the moment and my current employer is asking for my 2316 for 2021. If there's a way to get a copy through this it would be much appreciated and if it's not possible please provide steps in order to get a copy with my given situation.
