August 15, 2023 Dear Ms. De Jesus: I refer to my letter of Aug 15, 2023 04:00:26 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form No. 2316. In reply, the Revenue District Office (RDO) can only provide you a copy of your BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2022 if your employer has filed in your behalf, specifically, the Annex F in which your name is included in the List of Employees Qualified Under Substituted Filing. For BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2023, the RDO gets a hold of the said form upon submission of your employer to them on or before February 28, 2024.
