After careful consideration, you are to coordinate with your EMPLOYER (s) as the same is Mandated to Issue the BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Year (s) 2010 to 2020 pursuant to Section 83 of the 1997 Tax Code and Section 2 [2.83.1] of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 3-2002, respectively. The EMPLOYER shall furnish each Employee/s with the Original Copies of BIR Form No. 2316 as Proof that your Taxes were Withheld and this will serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR). EMPLOYER is required to issue BIR Form No. 2316 on or before January 31 of Every Year and On the Day the Last Payment of Compensation is Paid. As an added information, the available records of documents in the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) are from Calendar Year (s) 2020 to 2022.
