January 2, 2024 Dear Denmark Costanilla, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 29, 2023 04:36:12 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We would like to apologize for not being able to respond to your request for the Biodiversity Report of City of Bayawan - CY 2021 & CY 2022. It was unfortunate that your request was not referred to us as the proper division handling spatial information. Since, we have no control and access on other eFOI accounts, we were not able to check your request on time. You asked for . Response to Request As of today, the Biodiversity Management Bureau does not have a copy of the Biodiversity Report of City of Bayawan nor information if it was already conducted. The Bureau has issued a Technical Bulletin: BMB TB 2018-02 to guide DENR Offices in assisting LGUs in assessing biodiversity in built-up areas. In relation to this you may inquire from our DENR Regional office- Conservation and Development Division for information related to your request.
